However, many people don’t think that living healthy and being fit are important too. We sometimes put our health on hold until it’s too late for us to regain control. This is why I am here to give you the proper guidance and motivation to choose a healthy life so you can live your live to the fullest.
My name is Aliz and I am a personal fitness trainer deeply passionate about encouraging women to pursue a healthier lifestyle. I am Level 4 qualified coach and I specialise in nutrition in weight loss, pre- and postnatal exercise and nutrition, Kettlebell and circuit training, among others.
My goal is to help others go beyond their potential to get fit and to promote healthy eating habits and safe workout routines.
I believe that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach and so my best nutrition and exercise programmes are all exclusive and customised based on the needs, abilities, and goals of different clients. With 5 years of experience and a fierce determination to achieve positive outcomes for my clients.
I will help you take your fitness to the next level whether you’re a current couch potato or a gym-bunny. I believe that each and every one of us deserves to live a life of wellness.
